Lessons requested to be changed at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, as well as no-shows, are generally non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Coaching & Writing Services: Refunds are generally not available once the service has officially started. Service Interruptions: If we are unable to provide a service due to circumstances on our side, or if we otherwise determine that a refund is appropriate, we will offer a refund or an alternative service as appropriate. |
