| Cancellations and Refunds | For one-on-one conversation lessons, please contact us at least 24 hours before your
scheduled lesson if you need to cancel or reschedule. Requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson can be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, as well as no-shows, are generally non-refundable. For JLPT coaching and writing services, refunds are generally not available once the service has started. If we are unable to provide a service due to circumstances on our side, or if we otherwise determine that a refund is appropriate, we will offer a refund or an alternative service as appropriate. |
